Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology, and people with low vision, colour blindness, motion sensitivity or cognitive differences.
Our goal is for prmrmarketing.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab) at Level AA. These guidelines are the widely used standard for making web content accessible.
What we do
Accessibility is part of how we design and build every page, not a final step. In practice, that means:
- Structure. Real headings, landmarks and lists, so screen reader users can understand and move through each page. Every page starts with a “Skip to content” link.
- Keyboard access. Menus, buttons, forms and tools work with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Colour and contrast. We check text contrast against AA requirements in both the light and dark themes. When you pick a custom accent colour, the site recalculates the accent shades so text keeps its contrast.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links are sized to be easy to tap on phones and tablets.
- Forms. Every field has a visible label, required fields are marked, and errors are described in text and connected to the field they belong to.
- Images and graphics. Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative graphics and 3D scenes are hidden from screen readers so they do not get in the way.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off smooth scrolling, the opening animation and moving 3D scenes, and shows still versions instead.
- Zoom and reflow. Pages adapt to small screens and browser zoom without content being cut off or needing sideways scrolling.
- Testing. Before pages go live, we run automated accessibility checks and test them by hand with a keyboard and on phone-sized screens.
The Accessibility tools panel
Every page has an Accessibility tools link in the footer. Select it to open a panel where you can adjust the site to suit you:
These settings change how the site looks in your browser only. The footer also has a light and dark theme switch and an accent colour picker under “Make it yours.”
The panel works alongside, not instead of, the accessibility features built into your device, such as browser zoom, screen readers and your reduce motion setting.
Compatibility
The site is built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile, together with the assistive technologies built into Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Older browsers may display some features differently.
Known limitations
We are honest about where the site is not yet perfect. Here is what we know about:
- 3D and WebGL scenes. Several pages open with interactive 3D scenes. They are decorative, so the same information is always available in the page text, and they are hidden from screen readers. When reduced motion is on, or a device cannot run WebGL, the site shows a still version instead. Some scenes can be dragged to rotate; nothing on the site depends on doing that.
- Interactive demos. A few sections use sliders, switchers and live previews to show how something works. They are built to work with a keyboard, but complex visual demos may be less descriptive for screen reader users than the text around them, which carries the same point.
- Free tools in progress. Some free tools are listed as “Coming soon.” Each tool is checked for accessibility before it goes live.
- Third-party content. Content on other platforms we link to, such as Instagram, is controlled by those platforms.
If you run into any of these, or anything else, please tell us. We would rather hear about it than have you miss something.
