A high-consideration decision
needs different marketing.

Plastic surgery is not an impulse purchase, and it is one of the most regulated things you can advertise. These are the problems we see most, and what we do about each one.

01 / The timeline

The decision takes months, not minutes.

Patients read procedure pages, watch videos, save galleries and compare surgeons long before they reach out. Marketing that only chases this week's clicks misses most of that journey.

What we do about it

Content that answers questions at every stage, plus follow up emails and retargeting that stay helpful for as long as the patient is deciding.

02 / Search

Patients search the procedure, not your name.

Recovery time, cost, risks, revision, the best surgeon near me. The practice that answers those searches clearly is the one that ends up on the shortlist.

03 / Positioning

Every surgeon's site says the same thing.

Credentials, experience and a gallery appear on every site. What sets a surgeon apart is their approach, explained in their own words, on pages that feel as considered as their work.

What we do about it

A website built around the surgeon: a real bio, the philosophy behind their work, consultation expectations and design with the restraint the specialty calls for.

04 / Paid media

The ad platforms treat cosmetic surgery as restricted.

Meta and Google both limit what cosmetic procedure ads can show, say and target. Ads written without those rules in mind get rejected, limited or put the ad account at risk.

What we do about it

Google Ads and Meta campaigns built around the surgeon, the consultation and education, reviewed against the current policies before anything goes live.

05 / Cost

Price is the quiet question.

Most patients want a sense of cost and financing before they book a consultation. A site that avoids the topic sends them to one that answers it.

What we do about it

A financing page that explains how it works, how to apply and what the consultation covers, using your lending partner's approved wording.

06 / Follow up

Consultation requests go cold in the inbox.

A request that sits in a shared inbox overnight gives the patient time to book somewhere else. And without tracking, nobody can say which marketing brought them in.

What we do about it

An instant confirmation to the patient, an alert to your coordinator, gentle follow up, and tracking that ties each consultation back to where it started.

From the first spark
to the five star review.

Plastic surgery patients often take weeks or months to decide. Each stage asks something different of your marketing, and each one is a chance to earn trust or lose it.

01 / 07 Spark

What they need from you

Honest, educational content that shows up where they already spend time.

Social media

Something sparks the idea

A friend's experience, a milestone, a post they saved. Nobody is ready to book yet. They want to learn, privately, at their own pace.

The most sensitive pages on your site
deserve the most care.

Galleries are often what patients look for first. They are also where consent, privacy and honesty matter most. Every case we publish meets six standards. Switch them on and watch the case get ready.

Cosmetic surgery is a restricted category.
We market inside the lines.

Meta, Google, social platforms, state medical boards and privacy rules all touch how a surgery practice can market. Pick one to see what it means in practice.

Facebook and Instagram ads

  1. 01Ads for cosmetic procedures must be targeted to people 18 and older.
  2. 02Before and after images are not allowed in these ads.
  3. 03Copy cannot imply something about the viewer's own body or appearance.
  4. 04Images that idealize or shame a body type get ads rejected.

How we work with it

Creative built around the surgeon, the practice and education, written in the third person, and checked against the current policy before launch.

Social media marketing

Platform policies and regulations change often, and they vary by state and country. We check the current rules before every launch. This page is general information, not legal advice.

The only before and after
we will ever show you.

Three small pages decide whether a researcher becomes a patient. Here is how they usually look, and how we build them.

The consultation request

The single most important form on the site. It should feel private, quick and personal.

  • Eleven required fields, including date of birth and medical history
  • Health details sent over plain email
  • Lands in a shared inbox with no reply until tomorrow

From the free audit
to marketing you can measure.

One team handles the website, search, ads, follow up and tracking, so nothing falls between vendors. You approve every page and campaign before it goes live.

  1. A free audit of the whole journey

Your website, galleries, Google Business Profile, ads, tracking and how consultation requests are answered today. You get the findings ranked by what matters most.

  3. The trust pages come first

Procedure pages, the surgeon page, the gallery, financing and a private consultation form. The pages patients read before they ever call.

  4. Campaigns that respect the rules

Google Ads and Meta campaigns written for restricted categories, checked against current policies, and pointed at pages built to pass review.

  5. Follow up that keeps pace with the patient

Instant replies, coordinator alerts and gentle follow up for patients who are still deciding, without ever feeling pushy.

  6. Measure the long journey

Monthly reporting on consultation requests by source, and, where your practice software allows it, which consultations became procedures.

Questions surgeons ask
before working with us.

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the free audit and you will get a straight answer.

Do you work with plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons?

Yes. We work with solo surgeons, group practices and surgery centers, including practices that also run a med spa. The marketing changes with the procedures you want to grow, so the free audit starts there.

Can we advertise cosmetic procedures on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes, within Meta's rules. Cosmetic procedure ads must be targeted to adults 18 and older, cannot show before and after images, and cannot imply anything about the viewer's own body. We build creative around the surgeon, the consultation and education, and check every campaign against the current policy before it launches.

Can we use before and after photos in our ads?

Generally not in Meta ads, and Google restricts nudity and sexual content in ads and on the pages they link to. Before and after photos do their best work in a website gallery with proper consent and a sensitive content notice. Ads point patients toward the surgeon, the procedure page and the consultation instead.

How do you handle patient consent for gallery photos?

We work from your practice's consent forms, written or approved by your counsel, and keep track of which uses each patient agreed to: website, social media, ads or print. A photo only appears where its consent covers that exact use, and we never retouch results.

Is your tracking HIPAA compliant?

Compliance is shared between your practice, its counsel and every vendor involved, so no agency can promise it alone. What we do is set up tracking with HIPAA in mind: consultation requests are counted without sending procedure details or form contents to ad platforms, and every tag is documented so your compliance lead can review exactly what it sends.

How should we respond to reviews?

Warmly, briefly and without confirming that the reviewer is a patient. That means no names, procedures or visit details in public replies, even for five star reviews. Negative reviews get a calm reply that invites the person to contact the office privately. We also set up review requests that go to every patient the same way, never only the happy ones.

Should we show prices on our website?

It depends on your market and procedures. Many practices show starting points or explain what affects the cost, alongside financing and what the consultation includes. We help you decide in the audit, and we write any financing language with your lender's approved wording.

How long before marketing brings in consultations?

Paid search starts sending visitors as soon as campaigns go live and tracking is in place. SEO and content build over months. Because patients often research for a long time, we report on both, and on what happens after a request comes in.

Do you write the procedure pages?

Yes. We write in plain language about what patients actually ask: candidacy, recovery, risks, cost factors and what to expect at the consultation. The surgeon reviews every page before it goes live, and nothing promises a result.

Who owns the website, ad accounts and data?

You do. The domain, hosting, website, analytics and ad accounts are all set up in your practice's name. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.
