Every office runs on something different.
We learn yours first.

A dental office lives on imaging and practice management software. A law firm lives in its inbox. Pick an industry and see what we keep covered.

Dental practices

Imaging, practice management and the front desk all have to work at 7:59 AM. We look after the workstations, the network and the backups so the schedule never waits on a computer.

Everything with a power button,
and everything behind it.

One team for the computers, the network, the accounts, the backups and the website. Your plan covers what your office actually runs, nothing you will never use.

01 / Included

Help desk

Something stops working, you tell us, and a real person picks it up. Most fixes happen remotely, so nobody waits for a visit.

  • Remote support for staff
  • Tickets tracked until closed
  • Plain English updates
02 / Included

Device and network management

Every computer, tablet, printer and network device on a list, updated on a schedule and watched so small problems get caught early.

  • Updates installed after hours
  • Device inventory
  • Network and WiFi setup
03 / Included

Backups and recovery

Copies of your important data, on site and off site, with restores tested on a schedule. A backup nobody has restored is only a hope.

  • Nightly and versioned backups
  • Encrypted off site copies
  • Test restores

Email, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Mailboxes, shared calendars, licenses and file storage set up properly, with lead and patient emails that reach the inbox instead of spam.

  • Accounts and licenses
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
  • Shared drives and permissions
05 / Included

Security basics

The protections that stop most real world problems: multi factor sign in, patching, email filtering, device encryption and staff who know what a phishing email looks like.

  • Multi factor sign in
  • Email filtering
  • Phishing awareness
06 / Included

HIPAA aware setup

We set things up with HIPAA's security safeguards in mind and work alongside your compliance lead. Compliance itself stays with your practice and its advisors; we help with the technical side.

  • Access by role
  • Encryption where it matters
  • Documentation you can hand over
07 / Included

Website hosting and domains

The domain, DNS, SSL and hosting kept in your name, renewed on time and watched, so the website and the email records keep working.

  • Domains and DNS
  • SSL and hosting
  • Site and email monitoring
08 / Included

Vendor coordination

Your internet provider, phone company, imaging vendor or software support line. We make the call, speak their language and follow it through.

  • One point of contact
  • Tickets with vendors followed up
  • Quotes reviewed before you buy

Most problems get fixed
before anyone notices.

Computers, storage, the network and your accounts report in on their own. When something drifts, like a disk filling up or an update that did not install, a ticket opens and it gets handled, usually after hours.

  • Updates and patches on every device
  • Disk health and storage space
  • Backup jobs, every night
  • Network and WiFi
  • Unusual sign in alerts on email accounts

A backup only counts
if it restores.

Someone saves over the schedule template, or a laptop is left in a car. Try it: pick a restore point and bring the file back.

The 3, 2, 1 idea

  • 3
    Copies of what matters

The live data plus two backups, so one bad copy is never the end of the story.

  • 2
    Different places

A local copy for fast restores and another kept separately, so one failure cannot take out both.

  • 1
    Copy off site, encrypted

Away from the office, so a fire, flood, theft or ransomware attack still leaves a clean copy.

And on a schedule, a real test restore, so the plan is proven before the day it is needed.

No single lock keeps a practice safe.
Six of them, stacked, do.

The protections that stop most real problems are not exotic. They are the basics, done everywhere and checked. Set up with HIPAA's security safeguards in mind, alongside your compliance lead.

Trained staff

Short, practical phishing awareness so the team recognizes a fake invoice or a fake password reset before clicking.

From the first walkthrough
to an office that runs itself.

Taking over IT should not mean a week of downtime. We learn what you have, fix the urgent things first and hand you documentation you own.

  1. Walkthrough and inventory

We learn how your office works, then list every computer, account, device and vendor. Most practices find a few surprises, like an old laptop still signed in or a backup that stopped months ago.

  2. Quick wins first

The urgent fixes come first: multi factor on email, missing updates, shared passwords, a guest WiFi that can see the office network.

  3. Backups set up and tested

Backups configured for what actually matters to your practice, then restored in a test so we know they work.

  4. Monitoring and help desk live

Devices start reporting in, updates go on a schedule, and your team knows exactly how to reach us.

  5. Documentation you own

Passwords in a proper manager, a device list, network notes and vendor contacts, all handed over and kept current.

  6. Ongoing care and reviews

Regular check ins on what changed, what is coming up for renewal and what to plan for, so the technology keeps up with the practice.

Questions practices ask
before they switch IT.

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the free audit and you will get a straight answer.

What does IT support for a practice include?

Help desk support for your team, device and network management, backups and recovery, email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, security basics, website hosting and domains, and coordination with your other technology vendors. The exact plan is built around what your office actually runs.

Do you work with dental and medical practices specifically?

Yes. Practices are a big part of who we work with, along with law firms, med spas and other local businesses across our 8 industries. We understand imaging workstations, practice management software, front desk workflows and why the computers have to work before the first patient arrives.

Are you HIPAA compliant, or will you make us compliant?

Compliance belongs to your practice and its advisors, and nobody can honestly promise it for you. What we do is set up the technical side with HIPAA's security safeguards in mind: access by role, multi factor sign in, encryption, backups, updates and documentation, and we work alongside your compliance lead.

Is support remote or on site?

Most issues are solved remotely and quickly. When something needs hands on work, like new equipment, cabling or a network change, we plan an on site visit or coordinate the right local technician.

What happens to our backups if something goes wrong?

Your important data is copied on site and off site, encrypted, with older versions kept. Restores are tested on a schedule, so when you need a file or a whole system back, the process has already been proven.

Can you manage Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for us?

Yes. Accounts, licenses, shared mailboxes, calendars, shared drives and permissions, plus the email records that keep your messages out of spam folders.

We already have an IT person. Can you work with them?

Of course. Some practices use us as their whole IT team, others as backup for an in house person or for specific projects like backups, security or a move to Microsoft 365.

Do you also handle our website and domain?

Yes. Domains, DNS, SSL and hosting, kept in your name and renewed on time. That is where IT and marketing overlap, and keeping them in one place means fewer things fall through the cracks.
