whether a visit becomes an order.

Every store loses sales somewhere between the ad and the thank you page. Scroll through one order and see where it leaks, and what we change at each step.

They find the product in a Shopping ad

The leak. Vague titles, missing GTINs and disapproved products keep good items out of Google Shopping, or show them to the wrong searches.

What we do. We clean up the product feed so every item shows with a clear title, the right price and shipping, in Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and Pinterest.

Google Ads
  1. The leak. Vague titles, missing GTINs and disapproved products keep good items out of Google Shopping, or show them to the wrong searches.

What we do. We clean up the product feed so every item shows with a clear title, the right price and shipping, in Shopping, Performance Max, Meta and Pinterest.

    Google Ads
  2. The leak. Heavy images, slow themes and app scripts make phones wait. Shipping costs and return policies hide three scrolls down.

What we do. Fast product and collection pages, images sized for each screen, and shipping, returns and delivery dates answered right next to the price.

    Web design
  3. The leak. A cart that jumps to a new page, surprise costs, and no reason to reach the free shipping line.

What we do. A slide out cart with a free shipping progress bar, sensible add ons and bundles, and totals that never surprise anyone.

    Web design
  4. The leak. Forced account creation, long forms and missing wallet buttons send phone shoppers away at the very last step.

What we do. Guest checkout, express wallets like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, and only the fields the order actually needs.

    Web design
  5. The leak. Lots of carts get left behind, and plenty of stores never send a single follow up, or send the same one forever.

What we do. Abandoned cart and browse abandonment emails on a sensible schedule, written in your brand voice, that stop the moment someone buys.

    Marketing automation
  6. The leak. Purchases counted twice, counted without a value, or never counted at all, so the ad platforms learn from the wrong signal.

What we do. One purchase event with the real order value and a transaction ID, sent to GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Pinterest, plus branded confirmation and shipping emails.

Shopping runs on your feed,
not on keywords.

Google, Meta and Pinterest build your product ads from the feed. We rewrite it so the right products show for the right searches, at the right price, without disapprovals.

The title is the biggest signal for which searches a product shows up for. Product type, size, color and material belong in it.

Eight jobs, one team,
one set of numbers.

Plenty of stores juggle a theme developer, an ads freelancer and an email tool nobody owns. We do the whole path, so the ads, the store and the emails all learn from the same orders.

One order should count once,
at its real value, everywhere.

Smart bidding learns from whatever you send it. Send it real order values, once per order, and it learns to find more of your best customers.

What we usually find in a store audit

  • 01

    Purchases counted twice

A thank you page refresh, or a pixel and a server event without a shared ID, and one order becomes two.

  • 02

    Revenue without the real value

Conversions sent with a placeholder value, or with tax and shipping on one platform and not the other.

  • 03

    Wholesale mixed into retail

Big wholesale orders inflate retail ad results unless they are kept apart in reporting.

  • 04

    Consent ignored, or overdone

Consent Mode and cookie banners set up so you respect privacy choices without losing all your measurement.

How we set up analytics and tracking

Measure first,
then spend.

The order matters. Fixing tracking and the feed before scaling ads means every dollar after that is spent on real numbers.

  1. Store audit

Speed, checkout, product feed, Merchant Center, email flows and tracking, reviewed against your real order data. You get a ranked list of what is costing you sales.

  2. Fix the measurement first

Purchase tracking with real order values, deduplicated across GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Pinterest, so every decision after this one is made on real numbers.

  3. Feed and storefront fixes

Product titles, GTINs, images and custom labels in the feed, then the slow pages and checkout friction on the site itself.

  4. Launch the channels

Shopping and Performance Max split by margin, catalog ads on Meta and Pinterest, and email flows for carts, browsing and repeat buyers.

  5. Retail and wholesale, side by side

Wholesale portals, pricing tiers and reorder flows built so B2B buyers get their own experience without confusing retail shoppers.

  6. Report on revenue, then improve

Monthly reporting tied to orders and revenue, not clicks. What worked gets more budget, what did not gets cut or tested again.

Questions store owners ask
before we start.

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the free store audit and you will get a straight answer.

Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes, both. We build, speed up and maintain Shopify stores and WooCommerce stores on WordPress, connect them to Google Merchant Center, Meta and Pinterest catalogs, and set up purchase tracking on either one. If you are deciding between the two, we explain the tradeoffs for your catalog in the free audit.

Can you help a B2B wholesale store, not just retail?

Yes. We set up wholesale portals with account applications and approval, prices that only show after login, tiered and per account pricing, case packs, minimum orders, quick order forms, reorders, and net terms or tax exempt accounts. On WooCommerce that usually means a dedicated B2B plugin, and on Shopify it means Shopify's B2B features or a wholesale app, depending on your plan.

How do you track real revenue instead of platform estimates?

Every purchase sends one event with the real order value, the currency, the items and a transaction ID. The same event goes to GA4, Google Ads, Meta and Pinterest, with server side delivery where it helps and deduplication so nothing counts twice. Then we check the totals against your actual orders in Shopify or WooCommerce.

What is a product feed, and why does it matter for Google Shopping?

The product feed is the file Google, Meta and Pinterest read to build your product ads: titles, prices, images, GTINs, stock and shipping. Shopping ads have no keywords, so the feed decides which searches you show up for. A clean, complete feed is usually the single biggest lever in Shopping and Performance Max.

Should we run Performance Max or standard Shopping campaigns?

It depends on your catalog size, margins, how much conversion data you have and how much control you want. Many stores do well with a mix, for example Performance Max split by product groups plus standard Shopping for close control of key products. We recommend a structure after we look at your account and feed.

Can you fix Merchant Center disapprovals or a suspension?

We review the disapproval reasons and Google's Merchant Center policies, fix what is on the site and in the feed (prices, shipping and return policies, contact details, images, product data) and then request a review. Google makes the final decision, so we can never promise an outcome, but we make sure the store gives Google every reason to approve it.

What abandoned cart and transactional emails do you set up?

Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome, post purchase and win back flows, plus the transactional emails every order sends: order confirmation, shipping, delivery and account emails, all designed in your brand. Marketing emails follow email rules such as a clear unsubscribe and sending only to people who agreed to receive them, and we keep marketing and transactional messages separate.

Do you run Meta and Pinterest catalog ads?

Yes. We connect your product catalog to Meta and Pinterest, set up the pixel and the server side conversions API for each, and run catalog and creative ads with images made in the right size for every placement.

Can you move our store to a new platform without losing rankings?

Yes, carefully. We map every product, collection and blog URL to its new address with redirects, carry over titles, descriptions and reviews where the platforms allow it, rebuild tracking and feeds, and watch Search Console and sales closely after launch.

Who owns the store, the ad accounts and the data?

You do. The store, the domain, Merchant Center, the ad accounts, the analytics and the email platform all live in your name and are paid on your own accounts. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.
